By connecting a Thumbtack business account to LeadDesk ("the tool"), you agree to these terms.

What the tool does

The tool reads leads and messages from your connected Thumbtack business account, stores them in a CRM, and sends automatic replies that you configure through Thumbtack Messages and, if you enable them, SMS and email. It is independent of Thumbtack, Inc., and your use of Thumbtack remains subject to Thumbtack's own terms.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the authority to connect the Thumbtack business account you connect.
• You are responsible for the content of your reply templates and for the accuracy of anything you tell customers.
• You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your messages, including consent, opt-out, and identification requirements for SMS and email (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act in the United States), and with Thumbtack's policies. Do not use the tool for spam, unsolicited marketing to people who did not contact your business, or any unlawful purpose.
• You must honor customer opt-outs. The tool stops automated messages to contacts who opt out; you must not send messages to them by other means for the same purpose.

No guarantee of results

Faster replies and better organization do not guarantee more jobs, bookings, or revenue. The tool depends on Thumbtack's services and APIs, which may change or be unavailable, and messages may be delayed or fail to deliver.

Your data

You keep ownership of your data. How it is handled, retained, and deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.

Access and availability

You can disconnect your account at any time. Access may be suspended or revoked by the operator if these terms are violated or if required by law or by Thumbtack. The tool is provided "as is", without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the tool after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
