By connecting a Google account to AI Ads Optimizer ("the tool"), you agree to the following terms.
The tool reads performance data from your connected Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager accounts to generate dashboards, statistical analysis, and AI-generated insights. It can propose specific optimizations (e.g. adding a negative keyword, adjusting a campaign's daily budget, pausing an underperforming keyword). Proposed changes are never applied automatically unless you have explicitly enabled Autopilot for that specific action type — every change, whether manual or automated, is capped by fixed limits and recorded in a full audit trail.
Insights, recommendations, and any projected outcomes shown by the tool are estimates based on historical account data and are not guarantees of future performance. You are responsible for reviewing any proposed change before approving it.
You are responsible for maintaining compliance with Google Ads policies for your own account (or, if you connect a client account, for having the authority to grant access to it), and for the accuracy of any business information (target CPA, ROAS, budgets) you provide to the tool.
The tool is operated by Roman Migunov for Google Ads accounts he manages directly and for clients who choose to connect their accounts. Access is provisioned individually. You can disconnect your Google account at any time, and access may also be revoked by the operator at any time. How your data is handled, retained, and deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the tool after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
